What is PlanEase?
A one minute look at what PlanEase does, why we built it, and how consultants work in it.

- What it does.
- PlanEase turns a development approval into one shared register of its conditions. Each condition has an owner, evidence and a status, from the decision notice through to lodgement with council.
- Why it exists.
- Conditions get chased across email threads and spreadsheets, and one missed condition can hold up plan sealing. When plan sealing waits, lots can't settle and homes wait too.
- How consultants work in it.
- Each consultant is assigned the conditions they own. Engineers, surveyors, landscape architects and ecologists upload their evidence and write their response right on the condition, and everyone sees what's done and what's holding things up.
- What gets lodged.
- When conditions are ready, PlanEase builds the lodgement package and sends it to council, so what was lodged, and when, is on the record.
